At FitNTrain, we want our members to have the best experience possible. If you are not satisfied with our services, we offer the following refund policy:
1. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of our digital services, we do not offer refunds for membership fees once the subscription has been processed and the service has been provided, except in the following cases:
- Technical Issues: If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing your membership or our services for an extended period, we will work with you to resolve the issue. If we are unable to resolve the problem, we may issue a refund on a case-by-case basis.
- Double Charges: If you are charged more than once for the same billing period, you are eligible for a full refund of the duplicate charge.
- Billing Errors: If a billing error occurs that affects your subscription, we will work to correct the error and issue a refund where appropriate.
2. Cancellation and Non-Refundable Charges
- Membership Cancellation: You can cancel your membership at any time via email at trainow@fitntrain.com or using the Membership Query page. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.
- No Refund After Service Delivery: After the initial payment, all subsequent payments are non-refundable once the service has been rendered, including access to workout plans, videos, and personalized recommendations.
3. How to Request a Refund
If you believe you are entitled to a refund based on the criteria above, please contact us at trainow@fitntrain.com or use the Membership Query page to submit your request. Please include the following information in your request:
- Full name
- Email address associated with your account
- A brief description of the issue or reason for requesting a refund
- Date of the charge(s) in question
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and you will receive a response within [3-5] business days.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are accepted up to 30 days from date of purchase.
Refund will be processed within 24-48 hours, once refund request is approved.
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
Please note that it may take several business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
5. Changes to Refund Policy
FitNTrain reserves the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Effective Date." By continuing to use our services, you agree to be bound by the updated Refund Policy.
