Thank you for choosing FitNTrain, a personalized online fitness membership platform. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FitNTrain’s services, including the website, mobile applications, and other related services (collectively, "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our Services.

1. Account Registration

To access certain features of FitNTrain, you must create an account. By registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, and you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age or have parental consent to use the Services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, and you agree to notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.

2. Subscription and Billing

FitNTrain offers a subscription-based membership, which is billed on a recurring basis according to the plan you select at registration.

  • By placing your monthly recurring order of (insert product here)- you will be charged (insert price here) Now and every 30 days thereafter until you cancel your subscription. You will receive an electronic notification 5 to 7 days prior to your transaction and receipt after each successful transaction

  • Billing Cycle: Charges will occur on a monthly recurring basis.

  • Cancellation: You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing us at trainow@fitntrain.com or by using the Membership Query page on our website. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.

3. Continuous Membership

Your FitNTrain membership is continuous and will automatically renew until you decide to cancel. You can cancel your membership at any time by emailing us at trainow@fitntrain.com or by using the Membership Query page on our website. Please allow up to 48 hours for cancellation to take effect.

4. Use of Services

By using our Services, you agree to:

  • Personal Use: The content provided through FitNTrain, including fitness plans, videos, and any other materials, is for your personal use only and may not be shared or distributed without permission.
  • Medical Disclaimer: FitNTrain is not a medical service. Before starting any fitness program or following our recommendations, you should consult with a healthcare professional, especially if you have any pre-existing health conditions.
  • Prohibited Use: You agree not to use the Services for illegal activities or in a manner that could harm the integrity of our platform, including unauthorized copying, distributing, or selling our content.

5. Content

  • User-Generated Content: You may have the ability to post content on our platform, such as feedback, reviews, and comments. By submitting any content, you grant FitNTrain a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, modify, and distribute the content.
  • Ownership: All content provided by FitNTrain, including but not limited to videos, fitness plans, text, images, and other media, is the property of FitNTrain and is protected by intellectual property laws.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a violation of these Terms or any illegal activity.
